Do you ship worldwide?
  • Absolutely! We offer worldwide shipping to bring our products to customers across the globe.
When will my order be processed?
  •  Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, with shipments going out the following day. During holidays and sale seasons, additional processing time may be necessary to ensure your order's quality.
How do I track my order?

You can click <HERE> or "Track Your Order" in the footer to enter the inquiry page, fill in your Tracking Number for inquiry.

How long will it take to receive my order?
  • Due to high demand, your order may take between 2-4 weeks to arrive. We appreciate your patience as we work diligently to get your items to you.
Will I be charged with customs and taxes?
  • We've got you covered! The prices displayed on our site already include all applicable taxes, so there are no additional duties or taxes for you to worry about upon receiving your order. Any import taxes, duties, or customs fees are already factored into the listed price. While we do our best to ensure smooth customs clearance, we are not responsible for any delays caused by your local customs department. For more details on charges, please reach out to your local customs office.
What if I don't receive my order?
  • If you haven't received your order within 30 days after it's been shipped, you are eligible for a full refund.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Any requests received after this timeframe cannot be accommodated. However, rest assured that if you decide to return your order after receiving it, you can do so for a full refund.
How do I return an item?
What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?
  • If you receive merchandise that is incorrect, missing, or defective, please don't hesitate to contact us. Include your order number, photographs of the item(s), and any relevant references from your package. We are committed to resolving your case promptly and to your satisfaction.
When will I receive my refund?
  • All refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. For credit or debit card payments, refunds will be processed by the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item or cancellation request.
